The Oklahoma Summer Classic Cluster invites you to participate as a vendor at the 2025 Dog Show Cluster.

We reserve the right to refuse any vendor space at our dog show.

Set‐up will be from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Removal of all boxes/crates must be completed by the end of the day on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Vendors will be allowed to drive into the building to unload on Monday, June 23, 2025 after 3:00 pm and before 6:00 pm (pre-coordination is required); and between 7:00 am and 9:30 am on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. All vehicles must exit the building as soon as they are unloaded and by 10:00 am at the latest. Please unload and remove the vehicle before setting up your space. Note: All vehicles will be stopped from driving into the building if traffic becomes dangerous or if these rules are not followed. Any vendor arriving later than 9:30 am must unload outside and dolly in. All booths must be set up and open by 8:00 am Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
