THESE HOTELS ARE CONSIDERED SHOW SITE EXTENSIONS. AKC RULES APPLY.
Oklahoma Summer Classic Cluster reserves the right to retain Show Committee jurisdiction over exhibitors referred by hotels/motels for having left their rooms and/or grounds in a state with above and beyond normal wear and tear. An Event Committee will be called if there are any problems. Housekeeping must have access to your room daily and will report any problems to the show committee. All unattended dogs in rooms must be crated. Be mindful of excess barking. Respect any restrictions on where to exercise your dogs. Exhibitors must clean up after their dogs. No bathing or grooming dogs in rooms. PLASTIC is required under crates. Please respect others. EXHIBITORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES. DAMAGES MAY RESULT IN AN EVENT COMMITTEE HEARING. All hotels/motels have contact info for the Show Committee. Please be considerate and clean guests! Do not allow your dogs to foul a hotel room or property! We work hard to provide our exhibitors with good hotels at reasonable, and often, deeply discounted rates.
